I was vacationing in this area and learned about Ms. Hardy and her practice from another massage therapist. I'm so glad that I made an appointment. This was a great experience. Ms. Hardy explained myofascial release massage therapy to me, took time to understand my needs and goals, and provided a treatment that was both relaxing and therapeutic. Later, she researched and sent me the name of a myofascial release massage therapy provider who practices near my home so that I can continue to benefit from this technique.
