Doctor missed two appointments. First one took about 4 days to contact me with explanation why she did not show. I agreed to keep second appointment and show up to a locked office and no explanation as to why.

You go to Doctor to discuss depression, anxiety and feel that people walk all over you then your Doctor does the same...not helpful.
