My family has seen Dr. Wallace for 5yrs. He's thorough, extremely knowledgeable & genuine. The staff only has great things to say about working there, They usually have a special going on & even if I don't bring in a coupon they will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. The staff takes the time to address all concerns. They always return my phone calls quickly & their hours are great.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
