Gave me a tremendous amount of help during a particularly trying time of my life...and he did it entirely online. Michael provided thoughtful, helpful and real-world input to my situation that had immensely positive benefits in extracting myself from a toxic relationship. Proof alone is the fact that this was almost 9 years ago and I am STILL immensely grateful for his expertise.

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
