She called the patient fat and ugly and said 'get your life together'! She looks like a drug addict from the 1960's Hippy Days and she was just terrible!!! We went elsewhere! The patient also left crying and won't dome back. She's out of business now!!! Thank the lord!!!

Once treatment started and initial payments were made, this Dr. failed to present a promised long-term treatment plan, failed to respond to frequent requests to file for insurance and completely stopped communicating with the referring dentist.

Do not go to this orthodontist for treatment.
my daughter was seen there for almost a year with almost no results we left her and went to a qualified orthodontist and had more results in just 2 months than the entire time with Dr Rhoney. the office was dirty the staff was rude and the extra cost above our plan added up quickly. in my opinion she should not even be in practice.

concerned that she keeps tacking on extra charges beyond initial contract. also, no idea how long treatment will last. our child has already been in braces 2 years, no end in sight. my advise: get a quote and an estimate right from the start, even though i know there ain't no guarantees. just an idea would be nice, our child wonders when this will end...

Rude, and seemed arrogant. That wouldn't even be so bad, but makes mistakes and blames the client. Several people we know said the same thing about this practitioner. A shame, because otherwise we like her philosophy. Thinking of quitting, finding another orthodontist. Would like to hear if other people have had same experience, and if anyone can recommend a holistic orthodontist who is more compassionate.
