I have been seeing Nancy for just over a year. I decided to give the process a try because I really needed the accountability. I learned so much during my visits! It's more than just calorie counting and watching your carbs - it really is a lifestyle change that makes the difference. Each month she takes measurements so you can see your improvement - hydration levels, inches lost, BMI, and more. She helps you see how and why making small changes can help you reach your goal. You eat your own food, but and she also has SO many recipes to try that it keeps things interesting. If nothing else has worked, she may just be the answer for you!
