They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Everyone in my community knows that Dr. Benjamin Baker, DC is the absolute best in the field. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
