Eric is the best therapist I have ever worked with. I am a realist at heart and he came to our meetings ready to support me in changing some of my ideal thoughts to reality and allowed me to see my issues were not going to take my life they were going to make me stronger. He gave me the ability to see life with more colors not just black and white. His recognition of my being stuck in a rut and helping me to find away to dig out of it on my own with his coaching was the best thing any therapist has ever done for me. Eric is real, down to earth, non-judgmental, honest truthful and knows when to assist with picking a fight with yourself and your own demons. i appreciate him.
