David and the owner, Derek Taylor, are two of, "The Best" personal trainers I've encountered throughout my years of working out. They are very knowledgeable, will work with you to get the results you desire, as well as council, instruct, and will hold you to a daily nutrition plan. These gentlemen take the results members receive in the workout process personally. If the members look good, feel good, receive true results, its a win, win for everyone. You can't ask for much more than that!!! This is coming from a fairly recent member.

No, they are completely focused on my health and fitness goals

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Yes
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this personal trainer create an exercise routine for you that was beyond your fitness level?
Not at all. I was challenged, but not overexerted.
