I have only been to see Liz once, but I am going back to get relief for my side. Prior to my visit I had never had a Myofascial Massage and had only been told about what exactly it is by Liz. WOW. Why I have not gotten better or been back is on me. It is the strangest procedure I have ever had and at the same time very little pain, but I could feel changes in the tissue she was working on. Needless to say I felt better when I left and should have gone back already to get more results.

I have been seeing Liz for more than 5 years on and off. I find her to be very professional, caring and knowledgeable of the anatomy. She has strong hands with slow and methodical movement. This winter, I have been suffering with chronic pain in my left hip and leg. I could barely stand up straight let alone walk. The pain level would vary between 6-8 out of 10. With regular treatments, I am virtually pain free now – pain level 0-1. Thank you Liz, you’re the best. Mai D
