They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Dr. Grunwald took the time to address my issue, and was also able to relate to my condition based on his own experience with the same issue. I expected the medical evaluation, but I was surprised and glad for the advice based personal experience.

My son was told DR would see him ASAP then he was left waiting in a bare cold room for 1/2 hr. Dr. was rude, demeaning, impatient and disrespectful and at times hostile. This was a disability exam for the state. He made it clear he didn't like what he was doing. He asked my son questions which my son tried to answer then he cut my son off rudely or he mocked him when he didn't answer correctly or quickly enough. As a mom and as a nurse I have encountered doctors for decades. My son is usually very docile but he was very upset by this man's disrespectful and humiliating treatment of him.
