They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
