Very happy with the service I recieved. The staff was most helpful and treated me like I was important & not just another patient. The Dr took time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. They worked with my schedule for my appointments and were very understanding when I had to cancel at the last minute. I can made an appt usually the day before if I have a problem & they can work me in without complaint. Id definately recommend this office.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
