Agree office is well-organized, cheery, etc.
However: 1) As a day-shift-working patient, I find their office hours impossible to get to. 2) The office phone isn't staffed to the end of stated office hours. 3) The answering service only refers most issues back to the office, including appointment cancellations! 4) Prescription renewals require an expensive office visit for only a couple minutes of doctor time. My GP can do that, plus more, for the same price.

I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient. They're always on time for my appointments. I know I can always count on them to be there when they say they will be. I can't keep myself from recommending this place. I've already told all my friends and family. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone! I was in full body unbearable pain.She diagnosed me with RA and after explaining my busy life and that I had 2 young children she began me on an awful medication. It did nothing after a few weeks so she switched me to another. After two weeks of even worse severe pain AND a slew of GI issues from the medication I called her for help. She told me I was complaining too much and that i was being difficult. I explained that i couldn't function and needed a better medication. She then said "YOU ARE OUT OF OPTIONS" Oh my God! What kind of sick doctor tells a 47 year old mother of 2 she is out of options after just one medication? I asked her what I was supposed to do...I asked why she couldn't put me on something else. she then said "I don't even KNOW if you have RA. I can put you on a narcotic." I was blown away. two months of being on RA medication and she didn't think I had it? I told her that wasn't acceptable and I didn't want a narcotic! She told me to "go get another opinion and come back to me" I stated very clearly..."I WILL get another opinion and YOU will never see me again!" DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE. This woman should lose her license!
