I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

After I left my first appointment, I had absolutely no hope they would be able to help me. I wasn't very confident that they knew what they were doing. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
