They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It took me awhile to feel comfortable with him, but I am finally there.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I missed ONE appointment 7 years ago and was just told I could never be seen there again!!!! Very rude service. Also , he mis diagnosed me for 10 years!! on meds i did not need for years

I didn't feel like the advice they were giving me was in my best interest. It felt very slanted and biased. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The only reason I was able to find their office was because I had very simple, clear directions that I printed out. There's no way I would have found it without them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. - Also, Dr. Mobley is a very very rude man - on a good day he is at best, cold and unemotional - but usually he's rude and doesn't talk to you is a pleasant/respectful way.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Not only did they not answer my questions, they barely gave me any information whatsoever. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
