5 stars means I have never had any negative issue with Dr. Nicholas. He's been a great provider of care for me over many years, with my chronic pain. Would recommend him to anyone. Short wait time for exam, always takes time to answer questions/concerns, genuinely seems to care about his patients and does whatever he can to make life a little less painful.
