They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Many of my friends use Dr. Cook also, and are extremely pleased too! Great doctor with great skills!
