I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
