It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
