Dr. Sossenheimer is the best Doctor I've ever had. He always answers any questions I have. He discusses all of my different options never telling me what to do. He always weighs my options both negative and positive and explains everything so I understand what's going on.

Good experience. Quickly moved through the paperwork to get into the patient rooms. Lots of friendly nurses. Very kind and caring and were competent in what they did. Were engaging in the conversation. Went quickly and with no real discomfort. Appreciated the Doctor spending time before and after the procedure to explain what was going to happen and what was found. I would do it again, and will do in 10 years.

Dr. Sossenheimer has been my gastro Dr. for 16 years. He has supported me through many trying times and I credit him for my treatments without which I might not be here. He gave me an excellent quality of life. I have seen him more frequently the last few years, and he gives me support to maintain a positive attitude and live with my condition without many complications. The last time I spoke with him, he called me personally on a Sunday morning. His attitude of support with a little humor is exemplified by the facility in which he chooses to have his practice. The entire staff shows the same professionalism and care that Dr. Sossenheimer has made me appreciate. Thank you.

Dr. Sossenheimer saw me on a date he normally does not see patients. He came from the hospital in the early morning to consult. During my visit he had probably ten pages, no doubt the hospital wanting him back. He set up further testing and then sprinted out of the office to the hospital where he was on-call. It would have been a lot easier for him, and more common for other doctors, to tell me to wait a few weeks to see him but he did not. Amazingly helpful and very much appreciated.

Staff was caring, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Sossenheimer is an excellent physician. he has always been very thorough. Of all the doctors I have gone to he is by far my favorite. He has an awesome sense of humor.

This was my second colonoscopy by Dr. Sossenheimer at IMC in Murray. The whole process from start to end (making appointment, on-line registration, check-in, procedure and results) was easy, friendly and professional. Dr. Sossenheimer is the best! When I had my colonoscopy, I stayed awake with no pain med during the whole procedure. I watched him perform the colonoscopy on the screen and it is very interesting to watch and the procedure is not painful. Dr. Sossenheimer explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He is very professional and a very nice doctor. He has a pleasant personality and is fun to talk to. His staff in the room were very friendly also. I always felt comfortable with no embarrassment. I will always choose Dr. Sossenheimer for any procedures that I would need to have done in the future that he performs. Thank you Dr. Sossenheimer for being my doctor!

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful in making the procedure as comforting as possible. Even Dr, Sossenheimer was very cordial and with a unique sense of humor which I had not encountered before. The treatment was very successful.

Everything about my experience was very positive. The staff was very pleasant and informative, keeping me updated about a delay. Dr. Sossenheimer was friendly and explained everything in detail about the procedure and the reasons for doing it. All went very quickly and smoothly.

I had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Sossenheimer. He is a man of great knowledge and I love how he taught me as he explained the procedure before doing it, and then again after the procedure as he told me what he found, what that means, and what the plan is now. He made certain that I understood what he was telling me, and also that I agreed with the plan. He is very professional and very easy to talk with. . . . I have had colonoscopies done by 3 other MDs, 2 of which came highly recommended by RNs, and Dr. Sossenheimer topped them all! GREAT doctor!

Dr. Sossenheimer is amazing. His approach is very patient-centered, he listened well to what treatment I was seeking, understood my frustration, and best of all he gave me options from which I could choose. Gastrointestinal issues can be difficult to effectively treat but he and the outstanding staff made a difference in my approach and attitude. Interaction with medical professionals is part of my profession so I can be overly critical - but not in this case. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
