One of the best Doctors and I have known him for about 30 years, he has always shown that he cares about his patients and takes time to ensure that you understand your condition/meds. Dr. Clemmons has brought me thru a lot and has always given me the best treatment possible. HIs hospital bedisde manner is the same..GREAT!!

Receptionist “office manager” was extremely unprofessional. She said she had a personal relationship with the doctor so she had the right to turn down patients. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and never pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Receptionist was extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
