In my experience, Dr. Kramer is professional and caring with patients. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, using visuals to illustrate clearly. His staff is friendly and approachable.

His personality is off-putting. I make no representation to know or assume his political preferences--but let's just say I would not be surprised if he was a Trump supporter. He is not compassionate or kind--seems to be driven more by his own ego and greed (I generally believe physicians should be the most charitable, altruistic, and tolerant of all). It's hard to evaluate his medical capabilities and knowledge when he tells you to come in to see him and does not show up.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
