I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make sure to return my phone call for the follow-ups and reminders. They've never left me waiting. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really liked their electronic medical record system since I can request access to my records for viewing anytime. I think they are not only clinically ahead but technically way ahead of many others in Irving I visited before.
