He helped my daughter through the most difficult time in her life. If it wasn't for him, she would not be where she is now, serving our country. We can't thank him enough.

Unfortunely my ex husband and I counseled with this counselor for 1.5 years with no prevail. We were not given the tools to learn how to communicate properly. We went to him after a divorce that was lacking communication and misunderstanding to begin with. As a female I felt at times that I was third man out- so to speak. When searching for the right counselor I believe it is very important to ask them in the beginning what their moral beliefs are? This is HUGE - especially for women. I felt I wanted to move beyond our troubles and focus on starting over. We ended up giving up on our relationship, it became exhausting-I wasn't ready for intimacy and I felt like because of that we were destined for doom!! We received very little productive guidance. Going to this counselor felt like I lost a piece of me. 30 years of marriage is along time and its worth fighting for, if you seek a counselor, whether you believe in God or not. The morals have to be there. I felt the tone was different, I felt that I had to work thru my feelings by myself. Too bad he wasn't a Christian!!!!

PS we mutually decided to attend counseling together a 28 year marriage should be substantial enough to fight for??? yes we are divorced!! and will stay that way!!
