Misti Vikas is very good. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for years and have tried several times to use a counselor. Misti is the first that I have found myself able to open up to without feeling judged or embarrassed by my issues. She also presents some practical coping methods. She incorporates art therapy which helped me to open up and examine my issues and how to handle them. She helps me to focus on my strengths and see that I can move forward. I know that a connection with a counselor is very personal but she is a great fit for me.
