Very dirty office, not professional and very unorganized. Canceled appointment for me without calling me. Not everyone is on the same page. After seeing and charging me for a session, then I was told their was a conflict of interest, AFTER the fact. Supervisor and owner explained this AFTER my appointment was made. Therapist and girls at front desk do not know this policy. No refund or anything was offered.
