They do not answer their phone(or rarely), e-mails rarely and when they do respond they do not address all of my questions asked in the e-mail. I sent some e-mails and left several voice messages for three weeks and they never responded. They missed sending an allowance because they thought I was on vacation, something I never suggested or said. Unfortunately there is little recourse for myself so I feel as though they just don't care as long as they get their fee. It's all about MONEY!
