He was very disrespectful, rude, uncompassionate in this life changing situation with myself and young child. We had not attended his therapy for a few weeks, upon returning he stated "so you have learned your lesson" to me a 30 year old mother. I had explained why we had not attended and his comment was " I can refuse therapy " so I asked to understand and clarify if my son was able to attend. He said "NO I'm Refusing You", I asked if I may have some type of paperwork stating that, so I may have for my child's next court hearing. He said very nasty to me "NO NOW GET OFF MY PROPERTY THIS IS A PRIVATE PRACTICE"!
I was shocked and speechless, I went to leave with my child and he followed out of his office still being rude and making comments on how I'm in trouble.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRIVATE THERAPIST TO ANYONE!!!!!! I WILL BE ATTEMPTING TO FILE A ETHICAL COMPLAINT WITH American Psychological Association if he is a member with them.
