This place is awful! My husband and I saw Richard Pichiotino , M.A., L.L.P.. What a complete waste of time. The doctor was a racist pig. Stated verbatim while speaking about gambling and former patients that if a black person wins money they will just squander it away in crack. I think I almost threw up. By the end of our sessions we realized that he really didn't care about what our issues were. He just rambled off a recycled "How-to-Argue" paper and said alright that's about all I can do. Arguing isn't even our problem! We wanted tools to make our marriage stronger. The office itself at one point was recovering from a sewage flood which apparently wasn't the first time. Every time we would try to pay the front desk people told us that we had a credit. Every time we insisted that we did not. Dr Richard told us at the second visit he would lower our payment of $86.47 to $70. What a nightmare that has turned out to be. We are STILL dealing with the BBB and this place trying to get them to stop billing us the extra amount. The only benefit our marriage has received from going here is the bonding experience of dealing with their office.
