Sue is well-intentioned and intelligent but in the case of my
child she was not objective, and did not foster a good relationship with each parent. She strayed from counseling and gave advice on a different area she had little expertise in which also turned out bad.Ive seen lots of counselors and I would rate her in the bottom third. No complaints with the basics of the office environment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Overall I strongly, though would based on my experience, recommend to avoid Sue.

With respect to the counseling, Sue is tough, and no-nonsense. However, she was not objective when counseling a child in a post-divorce situation. Sue handled the issue presented somewhat well, but completly missed the overall picture - basically was distracted and hoodwinked by the manipulative parent. Sue was not helpful in helping the child build a good relationship with each parent. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. With respect to the logitics/office issues (this site seems to emphasize those), I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Once I called to ask a question, Sue made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful . The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
