I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

Not at all, their advice was completey biased and unhelpful

Not at all! I was worried I might run into someone I know

Dr. Malovich has no business determining best placement for children. She is a danger to families. Stay away from her if you can at all help it. she is manipulative and unfortunately has a lot of education to make her ways even more cunning and she is very convincing to the people who have the most say in an outcome. She has a very scary power position that she knows how to abuse very well.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I was in agony!
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
