From the first phone call down to the last visit. The girls (and boy) were always so nice and caring to me and my particular problems. They also don't dress up like nurses and doctors, and business casual makes you feel more like you're among friends . Dr. Billiot is ABSOLUTELY amazing at what she does, I wish we could clone her. P.C

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
