Dr. Miles was a true breath of fresh air after the previous psychiatrist for our daughter. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring.

Dr. Miles is competent, but I agree with the other negative reviews of the clerk she uses to schedule appointments. He is rude, condescending and very unpleasant. Unbelievable that she hasn't fired him.

We came for the second opinion for my daughter, decided to switch for good to Dr. Miles, and have never regretted it.

Her staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I have a hard time communicating with her staff. He is mean when I explained to him that the insurance made a mistake in the claim and that he should wait and don't send me another statement with $7 fee. He told me that his office has nothing to do with the insurance and that is my problem but clearly Dr. Miles is in my insurance network. When we told Dr. Miles about the situation, she refused to hear me out. We would not recommend Dr. Miles to anyone and we are not going back to her ever again.

Brought our son in for an evaluation on the recommendation of his Therapist.

Dr Miles wanted to schedule blood test and brain scan, but had to be done through our son's dr.. Her office took forever to return our son's doctors calls requesting more info.

Seemed like she wanted to push drugs when not warranted.

Wanted to schedule a follow-up appointment with my wife before the test results were in (why??? - except for the office visit fee)

On the day of the follow-up I had to take my wife to the Emergency room. Called (always get an answering machine - no people) and cancelled the appointment letting them know the reason.

Received a bill for missing the appointment. Called to see if they could work with us. NO.

The bill was for the missed appointment ($204.75) AND a $7 processing fee. Are you kidding me. They add a processing fee for sending you a bill?????

Also they do not accept credit cards. Talk about an unprofessional business.

Oh, they can forget the follow-up appointment.

Only go to this office at your own risk.

Dr. Miles is cold and uncaring. She never returns phone calls and spent very little time with my daughter at each appointment. Honestly, we just went so we could get a refill for her prescription. And the one time I knew we would miss an appointment because my daughter was late getting back from a school competition, I tried calling repeatedly, but never heard anything back until her extremely rude and condescending office manager told me I had an overdue balance. Dr. Miles had no sympathy for something that was clearly out of our control. We will never go back to her.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and the guy who schedules her appointments is one of THE rudest people I have EVER delt with. She should be ashamed of herself for allowing that man to answer her phones. I ended up waiting for a very long time on one occasion, and a second occasion she had me down for the wrong day she had scheduled me on and her appointment person called and told me I was a "no-show". This is twice now her office has scheduled me different that what I was scheduled for with her. I will NOT see her again. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists, I would say they were one of the worst. I was shocked that they could get away with their level of service and care, she is completely cold and uncaring. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments, and she NEVER calls back when you call her about something-- even after multiple calls.

Dr Miles herself was very nice and answered most of my questions. Her "staff" the man that calls about the appt. is rude. I set this up for my 20 ur old son who is a student and I am paying the bill. The man refused to discuss payment with me so i get to the appt and have NO idea that they only take cash or check, no credit card and no FSA card. The next day he calls me and tells me there is a late fee when we go to the next appt which is one week later. When i advise him i was unaware he said i told your son since he is over 18. Since i am paying and set up the appointment he should have told me ahead of time. He is extremely rude.
