The counselor, while easy to talk to, talked more about himself and his other patients (no names) than me. Didn't get much help.

Office staff was pleasant.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
