Where to start? This company has a seriously high turnover rate. People come and go at this place all the time. Interviews happen all the time. Makes sense since management and top employees are so inhumane. They treat their workers with disrespect and like slaves, especially the CEO of the company, Joan Branch, is very inhumane. A perfect angel could fall from the sky and do everything right, but still get treated like dirt and get fired for no apparent reason. This company fails to recognize good, dedicated, hardworking employees.

This company is so disorganized and does nothing on time. They will forge people's signatures if they are not around. They cannot wait a few days to honestly get the person to sign the documents. They might forge by trying to copy handwriting or cut, copy, and paste the person's signature from another document. Any which, way, or how, it seems wrong to forge anyone's signature.

There is no room to learn and grow at this place because no one will tell you if you do anything wrong and you definitely wont' get praised for doing anything right. One can probably learn WHAT NOT TO DO at this company. No one gets proper supervision at this company. There is always inconsistent information going around. I should also add there is a lot of discrimination at this place amongst its workers when it comes to religions and nationalities. A person can do everything right and still get fired for no apparent reason. This kind of place should not be accredited by any kind of organization, like the APA.

This place is disorganized when it comes to their management and record keeping. There should be a system to follow, organizational structure, but there is none. A worker can get conflicting and different information all the time. The patient files are missing notes. Some of the patients I have seen have been missing notes for years. Not surprising since their scheduling system in the front is very bad and disorganized. Front desk people change all the time. If a person in the front needs to go to the bathroom, she would get fired if she left the front desk unattended.

The equipment they use at this place is old and outdated. The computers they have are old and don't work properly. They have viruses on them, which is scary since patient information is kept on the computers. The games that they use are old. outdated, and ripped up. The management and top employees think they are gods and can make no mistakes. They need to learn that they are human and can make mistakes. They should not blame people underneath them for their problems. They treat their patients/clients like they are slaves also. I remember one time that a patient of mine was cancelled for something happening in the office, but the CEO, Joan Branch, was angry and yelling at people and had the front desk people call the patient/client dozens of times to come in immediately. That patient/client was very upset that she was treated like that being called dozens of times to come in immediately when the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled to another day by our office earlier. It is not nice to jerk around the people that come into the clinic for help.

Advice for this place:
1. The CEO, Joan Branch, needs to stop looking at her employees in a dangerous way and stop assuming things all the time. She will shout at you when she does not know the facts or truth. She does not try and talk to her employees and get to know them a little. She assumes the worst about everything. It would be nice if she would stop insulting her workers. It is surprising that the office is falling apart with its equipment and tools and it is disorganized, but she drives an expensive Mercedez and wears high-end, name brand clothing. One will never see her wear the same outfit twice. It is also surprising that she is a psychologist running this place, but as far as is known, she is NOT a licensed psychologist. It is good that she does not practice as a psychologist. She is a mean and cruel human being. She is not a good human being, so how can she be a good psychologist.

2. This is for the chief psychologist, Dr. James Moses Ballard II. Stop making discriminatory/racist comments about other cultures and countries. Don't assume you know everything and don't assume you cannot make mistakes because you have made a lot. Don't try to prove how smart you are because you end up brining people down and making yourself look bad. Make sure you know all the facts before you accuse people of certain things because your memory is not perfect like you think it is. It seems like you have become very forgetful. You accuse people of things they have not done.

3. Dr. Alysia Powers: You portray yourself as a caring person, but it seems you are not. Don't give medical advise because you are not authorized to do so and and you don't know what you talk about. Act like a professional and dress like a professional. Please wear the proper undergarments under your clothing. There are some things people should not see.

Someone needs to do something about an unethical and rogue place like this place. This is not a good place to get mental health help and it is not a good place to work and learn.
