My daughter and her 2 small children moved to Collinsville and have to use this office. She never had problems before that. Now half the time she has no medical. She has been told income to high for help when by the guid lines she qualifies. Her case Mgt changes all the time impossible to get a hold of anyone. She is the one of all my family members that needs a little extra help and this office has offer no assistance. I know it is hard for her to ask for help and this office makes it harder by their lack of efffort. We are all over work but I still treat my clients with respect and dignity. I think this IPDA office needs to have an audit are they going by quidlines or who they feels need the help where is the majority of funds going to?? I have talk to more then one young single working mother who has had problems at this office.
