She was the absolute worst therapist I have ever visited. She talked so much that I couldn't get a word in. She was arrogant and laughed at my problems. It took me about a week to feel okay again after seeing this woman. She made me feel so terrible. Never use her!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was extremely pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was SO comfortable I didn't want to leave. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
