They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Mr. Grogan has clearly had issues in his life that he is frustrated with. During our meetings there was always some way in which his life experience was a reflection of the issues I was dealing with, and his responses were the response that I had presented with. He was unable to separate himself from the issues at hand and understand that his successes and failures were not the issue, and were not what I had come to him to address.
