While Louise showed good knowledge and care about our treatment topic (Recovery), her unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a patient is by far the worst I've seen from a therapist when our work concluded. After weeks of begging Louise to continue service, as my recovery is the highest priority in my life, she continued to deny me service after one appointment that was missed. In fairness, that was on me and I'm accountable for that. But after months of working together, to cease therapy after one missed appointment and continuously question my lack of commitment and integrity is an obvious shock to me and to the multiple other therapists I've described this situation to. It will now take me months to get back to where I was with Louise. While I can say her knowledge and experience is strong, I can't say I would ever begin therapy with someone who showed such a lack of professionalism and commitment to any of their clients. Hoping this helps others to not have to go through this.
