This therapist had the nerve of mailing me a letter asking me to meet with him because he was unhappy about my earlier review of him. He wanted me to take into consideration how my review might effect the progress of his patients. He doesn't seem to understand that it's their progress or lack there of it is why people post. Patient's have the right and need to be warned about the competency or lack there of that of the clinician they are saying. Very clueless, reckless and incompetent man in multiple ways.

This therapist has very poor clinical judgement. He brings up things in front of children that are not appropriate for children to hear. He refuses to allow parents to meet with him individually to express their concerns or to share info that is not meant for a child. He refuses to do this ever, He even informs kids that although parent wants to meet with him individually he won't allow it. As a trained therapist it is unclear why he does not see how this disempowers a parent. Also, this therapist talks at you rather than to you. He talks but does not listen. Even when a parent voices a significant concern he very briefly acknowledges he heard it but then goes on a long tangent about his own agenda. He tries to impose his own values and his own belief systems onto you. He has very black and white thinking and looks at things with tunnel vision. He jumps to conclusions, makes assumptions and seems to have no understanding about family dynamics. Although I do believe this therapist is well-meaning he is not very competent.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they answered my call right away
