This place is taking serious advantage of the mentally ill and senior citizens on the basis of helping using Payee services that charge huge fees while providing no help or services in return. Actually causing more hardship on those that get directed their way. Please avoid any involvement with this facility for your loved ones. They cause them to wait extreme lengths and create more hardship then any small help they claim to provide.
