I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone and willing to take your call. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. It is a friendly and professional place to visit and a great group of counselor's to chooses from. They are very kind and considerate of your needs and make you feel very comfortable for being there to discuss your issues.
