They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was pleased with the chair they provided me during the session. It was quite comfortable, which I appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
