I do not even know this woman, never have spoken with her at all. I live in Missouri but she signed her name to my SSI papers as to of given me a Psychiatric Review on July 3rd, 2012. I just got a hold of the papers where she claims she's evaluated me, she's a fraud and I am obtaining an Attorney. I have a bone disease since childhood and Diverticulitis, not a mental issue that would require a review by someone I've never saw nor spoken with... She's a fraud in my book..!
