I am at a very difficult and sad time in my life. Went to a seemingly therapist here but when office worker messed up my new insurance, I was blamed and told could no longer be treated here unless I paid $1000.00 even though they New I was on Medicaid and don’t have the money. Very unprofessional and unethical. I asked to please speak to the director mark Zimmerman or my therapist and no one cared enough to call back. Very disappointed since I was very dependent on the support I received there and they were well aware. I guess $ is more important like any other BUSINESS. The would not allow me to pay out the bill as I offered even though I gave the office mynewins and did nothing wrong. The is a scam or they wanted to get rid of me. Either way very bad treatment for a place that is supposed to be helping people. Very hurt and sad as I am now suffering many physical issues and difficult to find a new therapist
