Spoke with her on the phone about certain issues I was having and how I needed immediate help getting through a difficult time. I made an appointment and I showed up only to find out she had someone else booked at that same time. Even though I was there and obviously before her other appointment she refused to see me. I left and neither her or her staff called me. I missed hours of work to be on time and put aside other obligations to get the help I needed. Only to find out it was a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. FYI Jeanette, get a day timer and follow it. How can you help someone if you can even keep appointments.
