I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. One thing that's been so annoying about Behavioral Psychiatric And Psychological Associates, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.
