When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
