Looks can be deceiving.. I am from a snobby upperclass town where looks are everything... Honestly when I walked into the clinic my first thought was « Oh no where have I taken my boyfriends sick dog.. » FORTUNATELY they were lower in price and I hardly had enough money to cover the visit. The dog had an abscess behind his eye and his teeth were in poor condition. I was given a lecture in regards to tooth care and told they would call when finished. I received a phone call with apologies and was told upon further investigation that she felt that the surgeon should take a look because the abscess looked suspicious. I agreed to let him stay over night and was told not to worry about overnight fee. Long story short she had 3 specialists come in to access the abscess. He was there for over a week. He had cancer and did have to be put down. We picked him up and she gave us prescriptions to ease the pain. He spent a week with us being loved on and we returned to send him to heaven. We were NEVER charged for anything but the initial visit.. those people TRULY LOVE YOUR PET AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! Your pets will receive the care they need and you don’t have to worry about being scammed.. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY PETS! THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST! Did I mention she had a specialist come in who had to travel hour to get there!? We paid about 400$ for EVERYTHING! They are amazing!
We had a pet emergency and went to Williams animal clinic. They took our dog in a found a problem in his ear and treated him. We had expected to pay a lot for a drop in but were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable bill. I wish we lived here for the vet care. The staff was nice as well. Thank you for saving our vacation and pet!
